Darlings ~ Amethyst and Azurite

Sparkling like a handful of gem stones, catching new colours in every direction of light. Ripples of different textures and patterns, spotting a new one every time you look. There’s something so calming about holding a smooth gem stone in your hands.

This pocketweave fabric is a beautiful meatloaf of fibres, using up all of the little leftovers! The black warp runs through the middle, and the two walls of weft are wonderfully harmonious. One weft is purple Shantung Viscose alternating with ‘Blackberry’ Mulberry Silk, while the other weft is FOUR colours alternating each other: amethyst Combed Cotton, mossy Shantung Tussah Silk, deep blue Egyptian Cotton/Cashmere blend, and quartz Combed Cotton.
