To capture the contrasting beauty of vibrant plum blossoms, in the darkest winter night. I wanted “Prosperity” to balance the softness and strength; clusters of delicate flowers held up by the strong branches of the plum tree.
Redesigned as a single cloth, compared to its sister “Resilience” who had a Fusion Weave! The black warp is a perfect background for this dazzling blue Japanese Silk Noil. The flowers are pure weft, and the stems are a blend of the warp and weft - to create a depth into the fabric.
