Claire has been crafting her signature twistamebob necklaces since 2013, every piece is beautifully unique, and handcrafted by her.
These Slingamebobs twistamebob necklaces are perfect for babywearing or breastfeeding; giving little hands something to safely grab and explore (instead of your hair or jewellery! 🤣). They’re lovely to wear day to day; whether you’re a mum, dad, caregiver, or anyone who enjoys a meaningful piece of handmade jewellery from your favourite woven wrap pattern. 🫶🏻
Each necklace in our collection comes paired with its own matching wooden pendant, these combinations are pre-made and not interchangeable. The pendants are carefully handcrafted by Claire, from Welsh birch or American black walnut, finished with organic flaxseed oil to bring out the natural beauty of the wood! Every piece is unique, showing the individual grain and character of the wood.
All of these Slingamebobs necklaces are handmade using Yume woven wraps fabrics and strong plastic poppers (ideal for those with metal sensitivities). The wooden teethers have been independently safety tested to BS EN71-3 standards.
Please remember: Slingamebobs necklaces and teethers are designed for adult wear and should never be left with a child unattended. Check your teether before each use, avoid soaking or freezing, and store in a dry place away from sunlight.
Availability: These necklaces are extremely limited; many have been created using the very last pieces of Yume Slings fabric from those patterns. I don’t have anymore fabric leftover from the first weave now. Xx
